Fiction: For fiction, they accept stories up to 7,500 words. They pay $0.08 a word with a minimum payout of $50.00 per story and a maximum of $600.00. They will consider reprints, but they only pay $0.01 a word for previously published work.

Nonfiction: They are looking for highly focused articles in particular areas. They do not want general articles like how to get hired as a programmer or how to start using HTML. Payment varies, but it is generally between $100.00–600.00.
