Freedom To Allow Compulsive Thinking
The path to recovering sanity
we do not have to fix compulsive thinking or any kind of obsessive thinking to do so is to miss the point entirely and hence is feeding insanity to do so keeps us trapped in fear
all that is required of us is to see yes, to open our eyes and see that there is no safety thought in the head to be found out by working hard nor we have to even if it is there somewhere I am already in the best position when I am not trapped in it I do not have to be fooled by the compulsion
yet, I do not have to fight with the compulsion I can allow the thinking mind to do what it wants now that I am not buying into it I do not have to expect a miracle inside the compulsion mechanism compulsion does not become non-compulsive by feeding it I had found my position which is not inside the thinking mind.
Seeing insanity is sanity; fighting with insanity is an excuse to continue in the comfort zone of insanity.
