The Girl
Flawed Flawless She
Girl, you’re not your looks
Nose a bit too crinkled,
hair a bit too ruffled,
grin a bit too broad,
face a bit too pimply,
eyes a bit too small,
eyebrows a bit too crooked,
society says, Girl, you’re your looks.
Chest a bit too flat,
body a bit too curvy,
skirt a bit too revealing,
socially a bit too confident,
attitude a bit too bossy,
society says, Girl, you’re your looks.
Smile a bit too infectious,
voice a bit too soothing,
passion a bit too fierce,
character a bit too inspiring,
dedication a bit too mesmerizing,
personality a bit too robust,
beauty a bit too poetic,
yet society says, Girl, you’re your looks.
she is,
a bit too generous,
a bit too kind-hearted,
a bit too sacrificing,
a bit too trustworthy,
a bit too fearless,
a bit too committed,
a bit too charismatic,
yet society says, Girl, you’re your looks.

She’s angelic, she’s seraphic,
she’s divine, she’s enchanting,
she’s a goddess,
she’s a mother,
She’s the universe.

She is someone, who can’t be described with any of these adjectives, nor she can be described with any of these nouns. She’s unique and indescribable. Yet, she’s everything. The universe starts and ends with her.
