Turkey/Chicken Lettuce Burger (15–20 min)

Ingredients: chicken/turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, onion, condiments

  1. Cook a chicken/turkey breast and a slice or two of bacon on the stove.
  2. Replace bread buns with a few lettuce leaves while your meats are cooking.
  3. Cut a slice of tomato, onion, and avocado if you wish.
  4. When your meats are finished place the turkey/chicken breast on one side of the lettuce, followed by bacon and your veggies.
  5. Squirt a bit of ketchup or your favorite condiments on top, close the ‘buns’ and enjoy!
