Fastest & Simplest Breakfast of Champions

…then check out these super quick and most delicious nutritious breakfast meals of all time. Now, that’s what I call a long-ass sentence. Repeat it 3x and as fast as you can. 3, 2, 1, go! I’ll wait.
Porridge with Banana or Other Fruit (5 min)
Ingredients: porridge, the fruit of your choice, peanut butter
- Boil water and pour it over your porridge.
- Cut a banana, pear, or other fruit into small pieces and add to your porridge.
- Add peanut butter if you want. Enjoy!
Delicious Sandwich (15–20 min)
Ingredients: 1–2 eggs, 2 slices of wholewheat bread, 1–2 slices of bacon, shredded mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and condiments
- Crack and whisk an egg or two in a bowl and dip your slices of bread in it.
- Heat up a pan and cook your egg-dipped slices.
- Flip over your bread and start cooking your bacon.
- Sprinkle a bit of shredded mozzarella on the bread.
- Slice up a tomato, cucumber, and avocado while your food’s cooking.
- When your food has finished cooking, stack lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber, and bacon in whatever order you prefer.
- Squirt a bit of ketchup or your favorite condiments on top, close the sandwich and enjoy!
Greek Yogurt & Berries (5 min)
Ingredients: Greek yogurt, granola, frozen berries
- Pour some of the frozen berries into a bowl and heat them up in a microwave for about 10 seconds.
- Empty a small Greek yogurt or a quarter of a big pot, into the bowl.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of honey granola.
- Stir and enjoy!
Simple and Colorful (10 min)
Ingredients: eggs, milk, tomato, avocado, cucumber, cottage cheese
- Whisk a couple of eggs with a dash of milk and scramble them.
- While your eggs are cooking, cut up a tomato, avocado, and cucumber, and place them all on one side of your plate.
- Serve your scrambled eggs next to the veggies.
- Scoop out ½–1 cup of cottage cheese in a bowl or on the plate. Enjoy!
Sunny Side-up Eggs with Beans (5–10 min)
Ingredients: eggs, baked beans, avocado
- Crack and cook a couple of eggs in a pan, sunny-side-up style, and cover with a lid.
- Heat ½ a can of baked beans while the eggs are cooking.
- Cut up a few slices of avocado and serve on a plate.
- Place eggs on the plate and pour beans over them. Enjoy while hot.
Epic Omelet (10–15 min)
Ingredients: eggs, mushrooms, pepper, onion, milk, shredded mozzarella
- Chop 3–5 mushrooms, 1/3 of a bell of pepper, and 1/3 of an onion into slices.
- Melt a small cube of butter on a pan and cook up the veggies with the lid on.
- While they’re cooking, whisk a couple of eggs and add a splash of milk to it.
- Remove the mushrooms, and put them aside for now.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook until they turn into a pancake.
- Sprinkle the veggies and shredded mozzarella on one half of the egg pancake.
- Fold it in half. Yum!
