Porridge with Banana or Other Fruit (5 min)

Ingredients: porridge, the fruit of your choice, peanut butter

  1. Boil water and pour it over your porridge.
  2. Cut a banana, pear, or other fruit into small pieces and add to your porridge.

Delicious Sandwich (15–20 min)

  4. Scoop out ½–1 cup of cottage cheese in a bowl or on the plate. Enjoy!

Sunny Side-up Eggs with Beans (5–10 min)

Ingredients: eggs, baked beans, avocado

  1. Crack and cook a couple of eggs in a pan, sunny-side-up style, and cover with a lid.
  2. Heat ½ a can of baked beans while the eggs are cooking.
  3. Cut up a few slices of avocado and serve on a plate.
  4. Place eggs on the plate and pour beans over them. Enjoy while hot.

Epic Omelet (10–15 min)

Ingredients: eggs, mushrooms, pepper, onion, milk, shredded mozzarella

  1. Chop 3–5 mushrooms, 1/3 of a bell of pepper, and 1/3 of an onion into slices.
  2. Melt a small cube of butter on a pan and cook up the veggies with the lid on.
  3. While they’re cooking, whisk a couple of eggs and add a splash of milk to it.
  4. Remove the mushrooms, and put them aside for now.
  5. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook until they turn into a pancake.
  6. Sprinkle the veggies and shredded mozzarella on one half of the egg pancake.
  7. Fold it in half. Yum!
