Faith ~ When You Know The Universe Has Got Your Back

Soul messages, jumping cards & the meaning of faith

For the past several weeks I’ve been working on increasing intuition. If you’ve ever worked on developing an intuitive faculty, then you’ve probably noticed how things can evolved through phases or waves that naturally accompany our own spiritual growth, energetic health, and practice.

When I pull cards, I tend to be at my altar. Yes, I have an altar. If you don’t, you might want to consider setting one up. It doesn’t have to be anything complicated — a tiny shelf with a couple of cherished crystals and a candle will do, as long as it holds meaning for you. The point of an altar is to ground your practice and the presence of Spirit into your home.

Anyways, I’m often at my altar when I pull cards. I have several different layouts I like to use, but yesterday I pulled only one. I set the intention for the pull by focusing on receiving guidance for increasing my intuition.

I asked my guides “What is it you most want me to know right now?”

Here’s the card I pulled:

Denise Linn ~ Soul Coaching Oracle Cards

This card is from Denise Linn’s Soul Coaching cards. I have two decks by Denise. What I like about both her decks is that they are fairly simple in design and each card has a few words about the card’s meaning at the bottom. These are easy to use decks that work wonderfully for beginners. Not all my decks have words on the cards, but these decks are still two of my favorites.

So let’s take a look at the meaning. It’s about as straight forward as an oracle message can be. My guides responded to my question with: Have faith. My life is being divinely guided.

This is one of those pulls that I felt viscerally all the way down to my toes. I didn’t need to read up on it. I didn’t need more info. There was no question for me. And there still isn’t any question — my life is divinely guided. My process with further developing my intuition is being guided from on high and I can trust that.

What this means for me is that I can completely relax around the whole process. In fact, if I try to push things or attempt to control the process with too much analytical input, I could get in the way of the lovely plan that’s been laid out for me. My guides know that intuition can only get through if I’m in a relaxed state, because when I’m relaxed I’m open.

They delivered the exact message that I needed to hear at the right time through the oracle cards.

Honestly, I didn’t actually pull this card. It jumped out while I was shuffling. I love jumping cards! They are often the most “on target” messages of all!

In the accompanying book to Denise Linn’s deck, she says, “Faith is the foundation of the ability to manifest. Everything was created because somebody believed it was possible…..”

When we have faith, it’s like taking a break from trying to make things happen. It’s breathing in and breathing out, and finding our trust in the divine plan again, and resting there.

In closing, I’d like to shout out a big thank you to Infiniti for creating this Oracle Card Project in Illumination! I love oracles and the opportunity to work with the cards, share our knowledge, and expand our understanding of symbolic language.
