Facial Grimaces

A poem about facial grimaces

Photo by Eduardo Gorghetto in Unsplash

A facial grimace shows the mood you are in. A movement of muscles making you smile or smirk with an angry glare or a happy stare.

Smiling is being happy. Smiling is feeling fun. Smiling is positivity. Smiling is grinning just by moving the muscles in your face.

A facial grimace can be a slight grin clearing the fog and the negativity from your mind helping you to unwind.

Laughing is opening the mouth to make a sound.

Laughing is feeling joy. Laughing is being merry. An easy movement or sound using your jaw to move up and down.

Laughter with a loved one is powerfully enthralling. Something to be done even if you’re down and not having fun.

Facial grimaces of positivity helping you smile and feel less pain will push the depression far, far away.

Alas, it might be the answer to a positive life if you work those facial grimaces each and every day. An experiment to practice until positivity returns. A vast improvement to lessen the agony of an unhappy life.
