Exercise
A poem about doing exercise

Time to exercise To burn and trim. The thighs Need stretching And flexing A lot of fun As we run.
Eliminate Flabby arms And a flabby tummy Weight training Could be the answer So, get your dumbells And move up and down Stretching your body Feeling the pain In your muscles As you visualize A new you.
Dance if you must Do what you can For you will see The results If you do it Until it hurts.
Exercise may be the answer But eating healthy Is also key. Start with protein And salad Eat to lose fat And you will see How it will disappear Disintegrate Diminish Into a slimmer you Looking wonderful Feeling confident Happier Than you have ever been Knowing you did it For yourself.
Feel lighter And slimmer A new you reborn A great feeling To show off As you glide on air Showing No flab to spare.
