Expanding Your Spirit’s Reach

Day 16: Truly knowing you are part of everything makes your reality infinite

Photo by Ivan Slade on Unsplash

As I rounded the corner walking along and came upon our cherry tree, on the ground I saw a stick, a gift from the tree to me for today. Every step on this journey of 100 days going deeper into The Infinite Self by Stuart Wilde has been an adventure.

Today is all about expanding the notion of your spirit and your consciousness. Expanding your world view can do so much more than your mind can know or process. The boundaries disappear and the lines are blurred between you and possibility. Keep stepping along this path and your eyes will open up to this beautiful world of connectedness.

You understand that when you come up with a thought or feeling and when you express it mentally or verbally, it is going to appear in your life. Because you are powerful, you can materialize your consciousness. The boundary between your internal world and the external world has melted — you have less definition. You see yourself as infinite, so the miraculous is not only possible but expected. There is no more inside and outside; there is only one infinite consciousness that describes all reality.

-Stuart Wilde

When we believe and feel deep in our soul that we are a part of everything and everything is a part of us, our world expands. The possibilities expand. The world grows larger. What we once thought impossible can become part of our reality if we truly choose it to be so.

Around two years ago I never thought it was possible for me to teach an online course, or to be coaching a group online. I kept mentally telling myself that I didn’t have the tools or the expertise or the experience to do such a thing. I kept telling myself in certain ways that I had to stay small, I had to do things in the way I had always done them. I stayed in the familiar. I stayed in the known. I kept myself locked up in my comfort zone.

All the while, I kept reading self-help books, I kept searching my soul, I kept learning and growing in certain ways. I know for sure that my infinite spirit, my inner being was looking out for me. It knew that I was capable of trying something new. It knew that I could do the things I had told myself I couldn’t. Bit by bit, it made sure that I started to see the sparks, that I started to see the light. It made sure that I followed the path, step by step to find my true calling. Always trust those whispers. Your ego and your mind may want you to stay small, but your spirit wants you to grow forever!

Just yesterday I found myself in a beautiful moment, connecting with all of the lovely people in my online course on a zoom call. Many of them opened up to challenges they were facing and we were all able to help guide them and light a path forward. They felt heard and they felt understood and our hearts felt full. It is a beautiful, co-creative experience where I am a guide and a teacher, but at the same time my students also guide and teach everyone in the group. It is an expansive group, growing and learning each and every day of the course. I fully took in these moments, as if in a dream, but they were in my reality that moment! This is a result of choosing to expand my world view.

As you move toward the Infinite Self, you are exiting the ego’s world to join with an inner energy — not just your inner energy but that of all the people on the planet and the cosmic energy of all things. In that joining, you will be able to pull things to you — benefits, opportunities, creative possibilities. You will pull them to you unexpectedly from a great distance. -Stuart Wilde

I have experienced this many times. Finding that if I gently pull instead of push in life, things will be drawn to me. The right people, experiences, ideas, opportunities and paths will open up to me if I trust and expand my view of reality. Recently, I have relaxed into life much more than before. I am trusting more in myself and knowing that I always have all that I need. I have stopped looking years ahead and I am focusing on today. Focusing on now. Now is when the infinite is in touch with us. Now is what counts.

Recently I have slowed down more, and have started to feel more connected to the spirit of all things seen and unseen. Pulling from this infinite power source, I know all is available to me if I am patient enough to take one step at a time. Being in the moment with whatever I am working on and whoever I am speaking to is all that matters. From those moments great ideas and opportunities will come. From believing in and knowing that the infinite connection is always there for all of us, I can grow and you can too.

When I say to you, “Stand tall, be a big person,” I mean, become big-hearted, expand your mind, expand your feelings to incorporate everything. If you are infinite, you are everywhere. Be everywhere. Be everything. Once you are everything — and through the connection of your Infinite Self are connected to everything — materializing things is easy. You are only reaching for different parts of yourself. -Stuart Wilde

I love this notion of being a part of everything, so everything is yourself. It is such a beautiful notion and it brings us closer to everyone and everything around us. In this way, when you see the infinite beauty of a flower, that’s a part of you. When you see someone have success at something, that’s a part of you. When you feel the a gentle breeze on a hot day, that’s a part of you too. An expansive view of being a part of everything brings more light, more possibility and more connection into our lives.

My prayer and intention for you today is that you look out at the world and declare “That beautiful tree is a part of me.” “The rays of sunshine are a part of me.” “That person who had a great success is a part of me.” You are expanding and growing into every part of the universe in this way. You will feel connected and ready to gently draw to you the resources you are looking for to live your dream every day.

How are you expanding your world view today?
