Every Culprit Is Trying To Make $1000 To $2000 Per Gig On Fiverr (And I Am Tired Of Them)
Marketplaces are not as good as many people think. Here’s how…
Fiverr is a huge marketplace for freelance services. It allows freelance writers, designers, marketers, and developers to connect with customers across the globe. The website has been around for about ten years. Jobs are listed on the platform almost daily, and there is a diverse range of options to go with.
Before you criticize me for calling freelancers culprits, let me tell you that I am sharing my personal experience. It has nothing to do with a single person, but my point is that we should respect Fiverr’s clients as much as freelancers.
As a freelance writer and social media expert, I have had the chance to use Fiverr a number of times. I don’t work on this platform but come here as a client. I have so many articles and assignments to do on a daily basis, and when I have more than enough work, I try to find suitable freelancers to share some workload with.
Most recently, I hired five to six writers and digital marketers and ended up getting my time wasted. Those who claim to be experts in their field are actually good for nothing. This is a matter of great concern.
To everybody who works on Fiverr, my only request is please be honest. If you can’t serve a client, then don’t waste their time.
The Proofs Of Why I Am Saying So?
In case you don’t believe me, here are some of the screenshots of my personal Fiverr account and email.

Pros And Cons Of Being A Client On Fiverr
Fiverr has gained significant success and popularity in recent years. It currently has more than 5 million buyers and over 800,000 freelancers. They can be found selling services like website development, blog writing, social media marketing, video editing, and log design.
The fact is that finding the right kind of person to do your job is very difficult. I believe that most of these freelancers are looking for shortcuts to success. They want hundreds to thousands of dollars per gig but are actually not worth a client’s time and money.
Thankfully, Fiverr provides customers with the option of getting their funds back. Otherwise, I could never have my money back.
Before you decide to outsource your work to somebody on Fiverr, you should keep in mind some pros and cons.
The pros are as follows.
- Fiverr lets clients get affordable services.
- The competition among freelancers is high, which means a customer can compare pricing plans and gigs of different service providers before hiring someone.
- It has one of the best customer care centers.
The major cons are mentioned below.
- Despite those who are experienced or on a high level, Fiverr has so many good-for-nothing freelancers.
- Clients will have to spend hours on the website and check various gigs before choosing the right person, and this will consume much of their time.
Takeaway
The purpose of writing this post is that we all talk about Fiverr’s pros and cons from a freelancer’s point of view, but nobody shares the experiences of customers.
