Where are you? Who are you with? What can you do instead?</p><blockquote id="e658"><p><b><i>Simply become aware, let go of judgement of this emotion, welcome it with open arms, and ask : </i>What do you want to teach me? Many people go through life without being aware of the root cause of their emotions. Feeling frustration, insecurity, fear, stress, uncertainty, always in a rush, comparing, judging, blaming, being impatient, maybe even defensiveness … and so on.

I used to be overwhelmed by these emotions, and life simply wasn’t enjoyable. I had to dig deep within my belief system, releasing emotions not just from my mind but also from my body.

Now some of you may have a big list of negative emotions, and that’s completely normal.

I suggest you pick one emotion that you mostly want to eliminate from your day-to-day life and focus on that this week.

Catch yourself in the act of feeling that one emotion you chose to eliminate, stop, take a breath, and become aware of the situation.

What happened? Where are you? Who are you with? What can you do instead?

Simply become aware, let go of judgement of this emotion, welcome it with open arms, and ask : What do you want to teach me? What do I need to know?
