Earth Angels Or Just Kind People?
Are you aware of how you make others feel?

“Earth Angels are those heavenly sent Lightworkers among us who lift the world’s burdens on their shoulders and make it look like a pair of wings.” ~Author Unknown
How Do You Make Others Feel?
- Do you give compliments freely?
- Are you generous?
- Do you notice the goodness in those around you?
- If you are not giving compliments, why?
- Are you aware of how you make others feel?
I recently met someone new in my town, a fellow Medium writer. I was excited to make a friend in a town where I know very few people, but little did I know he would turn out to be such a soulful, meaningful connection. Some people are just Earth Angels.

Earth Angels
“Earth Angels are spiritual beings born into physical form.”
These are the people who would do anything to help see you succeed. They would give the shirt off their back and want nothing in return. They get great pleasure in hearing your triumphs.
As a writer, these are the readers who not only clap and comment but highlight, share on Twitter, save your story to their library, and possibly even share in their next article to help you get more views. These Earth Angels will go out of their way to be sure you know you are supported.
Earth Angels seem to be good at everything they try; it is almost as if anything they touch turns to gold. They have extraordinary experiences in life. Yet, they are unaware of their talents and that they are in a class above anyone else. They are humble.
They are a rare breed. They are successful and have many talents. They rarely talk about themselves; instead, they want to hear about and focus on you. They are incredibly busy, yet they give you unlimited time. In fact, it is as if time stands still with these incredible people.
“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But, people will never forget how you made them feel.” ~Maya Angelou
People Never Forget How You Make Them Feel
Let’s face it. Most of us are not Academy Award Winners or Nobel Peace Prize Winners, but we each possess the ability to make others feel special, heard, and understood. As readers, we can do that by reading, highlighting, offering fifty ( the maximum) claps, and commenting. We can save a story to our library, and when we really enjoy a story, we can share it in our next article to highlight that writer. We can also subscribe to each other’s email to avoid missing stories.
As friends and family members, we can be active listeners. We can listen with the intent to understand rather than offer unsolicited advice. We can offer compliments and lift our loved ones up. We can call them out of the blue.
In the workplace, we can be a good team player. We can also lift up and appreciate our co-workers. Appreciation goes a long way.
We can manage, process, and express our emotions effectively and responsibly. We can be aware of our energy and how we affect those around us.
Final Thoughts
Not all of us are Earth Angels. But, we can take what we learn from those precious few influences in our lives and treat others with kindness. Age, socioeconomic background, race, or religion — none of those things matter when it comes to unity and supporting one another. I have friends twenty years younger and forty years older than I. I have friends across the world. Each offers a unique perspective, and I love learning from them.
I often think about my funeral (hopefully, it is a long way off because I have big plans). Morbid, I know. But I want to be remembered as someone who made others feel great about who they are. I want to inspire and empower others to feel their best. Sometimes, I have more love to give; other times, I need some love. I think this is true of all of us. That is what community support is all about.
So, we can call those rare encounters with remarkable people Earth Angels, or we can call them soulmates. Male or female — they elevate us and help us progress to the next conscious level. It is an extraordinary gift.
The bottom line is you can never go wrong treating others well. Your time and effort are irreplaceable gifts that will not be forgotten. It is okay if they are not appreciated; nothing is lost because it is still a good deed.
Thank you, kind souls, for taking the time to read this. Comment and tell me, have you encountered Earth Angels? What has been your experience with those who support you in extraordinary ways? I appreciate you so much.
Peace & Light,
Libby
I am inspired by other writers every day. I am also humbled. Many are far better than I dream of being, but I hope to learn from them. I feel honored to be surrounded by so much talent. I try to read twenty to forty stories a day and support them thoroughly. Sometimes it is not possible, but I do try. If I miss an important article, please copy and paste the link in my comments, and I will do my best to read it and show it some love.
From the diamonds in Charlie Brown’s eyes to Lucy in The Sky with Diamonds Thief has masterfully crafted this poem with epic care. This poem has stuck with me for weeks since I first read it.
Warren Brown wrote a great poem that made me want to go for a barefoot walk! He is always supportive and inspiring.
