In Touch with the Earth

Grounding us in Reality

The child picks up the sand in her hand, She throws a spade of it into a red bucket. The farmer lifts a handful of soft moist soil, Knowing that it is the right time for growing.

The earth on which we stand, Is the same earth from which we have come. The soil from which we have our crops grown, Is the land that nourishes our bodies, blood and bone.

Are you in touch with the Earth? Do you take time to walk on the land? Barefooted on this land we call home. The same earth on which we always roam.

The earth grounds us to this reality, It is our origin, our future and our destiny. Get in touch with the Earth today and every day, Evolve in every human, physical and spiritual way.
