How is life midway into June 2021? Do you vaccinate or not vaccinate? One dose? Two dose? Triple dose? Do you watch the played out scripts on TeLIEvision? Do you believe the numbers of covid19 deaths being confirmed daily? Do you understand the importance of ‘going off grid’? Do you see that all around us Mother Nature is our ONLY HEALER no matter what the illness, disease, stress factor is? Do you see the importance of eating fresh fruit and vegetables, drinking water like it’s going out of fashion, upping your intake of herbs, spices and superfoods? Do you pay attention to how loud and sweet the birds are chirping daily from morning till night? They are having one hell of a party in the trees, skies and rooftops. Do you see the beauty and majesty in the trees, plants, flowers? In fact, all living things serve a profound and interweaving factor in our daily flow.

We hustle and bustle through all stages of life Roadrunner speed or autopilot mode Everything done with a swipe, app, gadget or gizmo False money, false purchases, false information False happiness, false relationships, false love Who the fuck wrote this tripe? It goes way back when you lift the veil of truth It’s never too late to pause and reflect Get off this crazy, soul numbing treadmill Believing that all good deeds and actions Leads us in death to heaven’s gate Hmmm…..Let’s ponder that and flip the script Nature, sunrises and sunsets show us God’s narration of bliss Birth, resurrection, recalibration show us new beginnings Golden opportunities, miracles, blessings and breakthroughs Come our way when least expected and anticipated Peace of mind isn’t something to attain in old age Bring it into your vicinity at any age, moment or crisis What are we really running towards? Sand timers of material and consumerist bullshit Ignoring our spiritual needs and soul’s voice Forgetting your true nature of unconditional love Remove the falsehoods and unwanted expectations Live and create your heavenly space all around you Savor the precious moments and experiences See a new perspective of BEing Residing in a state of pure consciousness Bringing nirvana into your reality Starting within DEEP within A whole lot of inner healing and shadow work Bringing all your demons to tea Acknowledging each and every one of them Understanding their inner existence and external reflection Breaking the wounds of ancestral lineage Embracing the freedom of energetic flow Letting happiness exude into the hemisphere

I highly recommend reading the following book ‘Dying to be Me’ by Anita Moorjani.

My synopsis from just finishing reading it is that we have got to stop living in ‘FEAR’ which stems from childhood right to adulthood with culture, religion, gender based views and expectations from both family and friends thrown into the mix combined with modern living and constantly trying to achieve and please others that then creates the DISEASE within. Understanding our true essence, purpose and passion and point of existence is to BE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, to go with the flow, to be OPEN to life flowing through you, to see the beauty in all living things, to know that we are all part of the ONE UNIVERSAL ENERGY — limitless and formless, that we can self heal and that magic and miracles do happen.
