Virus Anxiety & Online Entrepreneurs: Don’t Panic — PIVOT!

This quote from my buddy Brian Basilico has become the theme for my community — you & me — as we live and thrive thru this current crisis.

While what we’re going through is clearly serious, we still have choices in how we respond:

Panic or Pivot

This choices comes in 3 ways:

  1. An overall MindSet Choice — Overall, how do I want to think about and respond to what is going on. This is best summed up by what I’m calling “my quote of the crises” by Andy Stanley:

“What kind of story do you want to tell when this is just a story to tell?”

2. A Day to Day Choice —Each day when we wake up and remember what we’re living through is not a nightmare we just woke up from, but real life, we have a choice: panic or pivot, panic or serve?

3. A Moment to Moment Choice — First of all, I recommend you take brief “media fasts” and don’t stay glued to cable on online news.

Having said that, when you do learn about “latest developments” we also have a choice to panic or pivot, to panic or persist.

So now let’s take a closer look at how to Panic or Pivot:

How to Panic
