Do You Want to Keep Your Ideas Organized?

Sieving through the potential thoughts to reality

I got 200 Medium Drafts. And far too many ideas have been listed on devices or on my handwritten notes. This led me to believe only when I slow down and organize the backlog. To throw the bad out. The best concepts will not get lost in the mix. Therefore, I could really traverse effectively and visualize simply.

The decluttering to organize is not a mere habit; it is a habit’s corollary. The stronger and deeper our habit is, the greater our freedom. The aim behind the arrangement of thoughts is to help make consistent progress at a pace that feels good.

Techniques

Can you think the thoughts of another person helping us without them putting it out? Firstly, how to generate countless ideas. Ideas can strike at any time. Always have easy access to save your ideas somewhere. Because remembering it in your mind takes up space in the time and energy of the mind. Entering it visibly can ensure you will revisit it one day. The brainstorming process doesn’t judge or seek validation for ideas.

  • Have a notebook or record on the phone. While watching a film or when traveling, an idea may pop up. Just hold it and save it into any medium before it disappears.
  • Allow doing various activities for the stimulation of thought.
  • Record your thoughts in a voice recorder when you are a passenger while traveling. And of course, you know not to disturb the other passengers and driver. Since most enjoy quite travel. If not in a circumstance where you can voice loudly. Jot down on the phone or paper.
  • Have an idea buddy to discuss and record the conversation on a topic you need to dig deeper. Make sure the person knows it is being recorded.
  • Use your past experiences to create more ideas.

Do a brain dump. Jotting with hand will bring in more feasible ideas. Then navigate through it to categorize and analyze. Decide what to work on and which to discard.

Organize only after you jot down. Revisiting them inspires more ideas. And will give a truer sense now with incubation than when the idea was ignited. Just mere observation without judgment is enough to bring in new ideas. Stick to quantity over quality.
