Observe, not judge the ideas

Ideas are not hard to get, the knack is how do we encourage our mind to keep it flowing. By simply observing, and not judging. As the creative juices flow, capture it all on a paper or screen.

Just like a brainstorm session, it is the participation and interaction of different neurons popping up new ideas. Get curious, observe what the idea says by not differentiating values to each imagination. Treat it all equal and find a way to capture them all. Defer judgment.

Stick to quantity over quality.
