Your intuition kind of acts as the tie between you in the 3D and the 5D which is why life feels so much more fulfilling when we follow our intuition.</p><p id="bf6c">Now that we know the difference between the subconscious and conscious mind, what does it have to do with manifesting?</p><p id="2452" type="7">When you manifest you have to tap into your subconscious mind to bring your desires to life, not your conscious mind.</p><p id="c865">That’s why meditation, affirmations, and journaling are always recommended when manifesting. They all allow you to tap into your subconscious mind and rewire it while also figuring out how you feel deep down so that you can release any blockages in the way.</p><p id="1140">By tapping into your subconscious mind you’re also more aware of your own personal energy. I have terrible anxiety which constantly puts limiting beliefs in my head. By setting the intention of getting rid of these tormenting thoughts and actually putting in the work to better myself, my anxiety is much more under control. Yes, I still do get some pestering thoughts in my head, but I learned how to deal with them and that they’re nothing more than a reflection of my anxiety.</p><p id="270f">They will never be my reality.</p><p id="672c">If your unwanted thoughts pop up, just dismiss them. Don’t worry about them coming to life to make your reality a living hell because that’s not what you want. Sometimes, all you need is the reassurance that your intrusive thoughts are nothing more than meaningless fears, for them to begin to disappear.</p><p id="aaaa">The universe will never give you something you truly don’t want unless it’s for your highest good such as learning a necessary life lesson.</p

They’re literally made-up scenarios with the sole purpose of scaring you. Have you ever been having such a great day and suddenly a thought pops in your head that completely ruins your mood and even creates some fear within you? These are called intrusive thoughts and everyone has them to a certain degree.

If you have anxiety, you might find that intrusive thoughts are a huge part of your everyday life and can be so convincing that it makes you feel like your reality is just as bad as your mind makes it seem.

When meditating, sometimes your mind might wander and these intrusive thoughts can be brought to light. Even when saying affirmations your intrusive thoughts might tell you the exact opposite of what the affirmation is saying.

So the question is since these intrusive thoughts are always in our heads and pop up at the most inconvenient times, do we manifest them by accident?

Let’s say you’re doing a meditation for manifesting good health and suddenly your intrusive thoughts attack you and try to convince you that you’re sick or have some kind of disease. Do you manifest that disease instead of what you actually meant to manifest?

The answer is no, you do not manifest your intrusive thoughts.

Your Mind Has Hidden Powers

In order to understand intrusive thoughts, you must first understand that your mind has two main states of being — conscious and subconscious.

Your conscious mind is the one you’re probably the most familiar with. Your conscious mind is what gives you the “human experience” because it’s very logical and runs off of emotions. Your subconscious mind however is a lot more straightforward and doesn’t question anything because it already knows the answer to everything. But how is this possible?
