A dark-colored story comes from the world of the web and live streaming, more and more widespread throughout the planet. A creator was allegedly kidnapped by strangers during a shoot and the even more unfortunate fact is that his alleged fans downloaded the video of the kidnapping to resell it in the depths of the Internet.
“I hope they kidnap you, so I cut the clip, and then resell it” a user had commented almost as a joke, during the evening live broadcast of the streamer on Twitch.
“But what spectator are you?” the creator retorted with a half-smile, in an ironic tone, “Do you really want me to be kidnapped so you can make the video? It’s a bit cruel of you, I have to tell the truth. Okay, as long as we all earn well … “.
The message
That message turned out to be strangely prophetic a few minutes later when the unpredictable really happened. The creator was taking his usual nocturnal walk with the dog in live streaming, in a somewhat remote area of Italy, but not too far from the metropolis.
The dog had continued its exploration, as usual, taking its owner to a particularly deserted and uninhabited area, when an unidentified black van pulled over and stopped.
The gang
From the counter, with the favor of the dark and with very rapid movements, men with their faces covered got out and approached the streamer who had his gaze focused on the screen of his smartphone to entertain the small audience present online.
The gang grabbed the boy and threw him in while the phone’s camera continued to film. The images at a certain point are confusing, due to the dynamics of the events, but still, allow us to understand what is happening.

In that distorted environment, a kidnapping video like this one can find its niche of interested viewers and can also be worth a lot of money, as some thriller films have told in recent years.
The episode also tells one more element, confirming once again how much people today are increasingly ruthless: some pointed out how users who professed to be fans of the streamer did not hesitate a second to create the movie, download it, and spread it without scruples, even earning money, without worrying too much about the fate of the protagonist.
