Depression Into My Soul
Navigating the maze of Depression with Strength and Hope
In the shadows of despair, I find my solace, A silent battle waged within, where darkness prevails. A weight upon my soul, a heavy burden I bear, Depression’s grip tightens, consuming me in its snare.
Each day a struggle, an uphill climb, Emotions drowned in an ocean of time. A hollow ache, an emptiness profound, Lost in the labyrinth, no way to be found.
The world around me, a canvas of gray, Colors fading, fading away. Aching for light, for a glimmer of hope, But the shadows persist, tightly they rope.
In solitude, I dwell, a prisoner of my mind, Searching for answers, a way to unwind. Whispers of sadness echo in my ears, Filling my heart with unrelenting fears.
But amidst the darkness, a flicker of might, A spark of resilience, a will to fight. With every breath, I gather my strength, To battle the demons, no matter the length.
For in my pain lies a profound truth, A reminder that I am more than my youth. A warrior of resilience, weathered and worn, A survivor, amidst the tempest, reborn.
So I rise from the ashes, like a phoenix in flight, Embracing the scars, turning darkness to light. For though depression may cast its gloom, I’ll find my way out of the labyrinth, breaking free from its tomb.
And as I emerge, stronger than before, I’ll share my story, my wounds I’ll explore. To let others know they’re not alone, That there’s hope, a seed that can be sown.
For in the depths of depression, we find our might, A testament to the human spirit’s endless fight. So let us stand together, hand in hand, United against darkness, we’ll forever withstand
