“I can’t trust you,” you yelp, backing away towards the window.

You hear a pounding on the stairs. Something is approaching. Something big. You turn and scramble out of the window.

Then, something clutches your collar. An enormous eagle has grabbed you! It swoops high past the mansion, then drops you with a splash into a dark, cloying pool. You struggle, panic, beginning to sink into murky liquid.

Is this the end? No! Somehow you are able to focus, and notice a distant glimmering green light. Calming, you swim hard towards it. There is small opening — a way out.
