overy system delivers a seamless user design with the high accessibility users have come to expect. If a user forgets their password on Mogul, they go through a familiar front-end experience similar to resetting an email or social media password. They click on a ‘Forgot Password’ button, a link is sent, they receive an email, click the link, and the password is reset. However, on the back-end, Mogul built a smart wallet system using smart contracts for decentralized wallet recoverability. When users reset a wallet, they actually create a new authentication wallet that is programmed to have the capabilities of interacting with the smart wallet. Yet, on the front-end to the user, it looks like a simple password reset.

Manual Transaction Signatures Eliminated:

Users can send free and frictionless transactions within the platform without manual signatures. When you use other DeFi wallets, you generally have to interact with a Web 3 interface to manually confirm a transaction and pay a costly gas fee, especially as the network congests. For example, with Metamask and Web3, a user needs to give permissions to access their wallet and then the user needs to confirm the transaction:

This process would need to happen for each action on Mogul. Could Trump Have Rigged The Election And Still Lost?
John Dean wrote a Tweet the other day that caught my attention like no other lately. I’m quoting the Tweet because I feel it is that important:
Trump may be unable to believe he lost because, in fact, he rigged the election. But maybe he miscalculated with only 10 million extra votes. So he now thinks he was out-cheated. In fact, Dems outvoted him and he wasn’t ready for it. Rudy is fool, period!
A mirror
Kolyanne Russ, in her article What Annoys You and What You Hate About Others is Your Own Reflection quotes Carl Jung, “Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” Another way of saying it is: What you dislike in others reflects what you dislike in yourself. Or, if you are accusing someone of rigging the election, maybe you were, in fact, the one who rigged it.
So, Trump is accusing Biden of stealing the election because he tried to do precisely that. Boom.
Too many people voted for Biden to execute the steal. Democrats came out of the woodwork to ensure Biden a victory. While Trump was busy scaring his supporters away from the mail — and forcing them to go to the polls during a pandemic, the Democrats were telling their supporters to vote early by mail or drop their ballots off. It worked. We saw the counting process. We saw everything.
More blue voters are coming
We have a problem in the U.S. with something called “minority rule.” According to this article inThe Atlantic, this unequal representation historically is unsustainable. It has resulted in a vast political, social, and cultural backlash in our country. For example, the Civil War. Minority rule is:
Though Republican senators make up the majority in the chamber, they represent more than 20 million fewer Americans than Democratic senators do. Such lopsided electoral calculus seems to fly in the face of both parties’ principles. It cannot last.
Currently, the Republican party platform is not in step with what the majority of Americans want. Look at hot button concerns like abortion rights, LGBTQ issues, health care, and religious issues. All essential ideological points that the Republicans are forcing on the Democratic majority. Our country’s demographics are indeed changing, and The Atlantic article suggests that Democrats will eventually hold a majority electorally through Congressional representation. When that happens,
Though the 2020 election did not result in a blue tidal wave, it did suggest emerging Democratic majorities in formerly red states such as Arizona and Georgia. If, eventually, demographic change adds North Carolina and Texas to the mix, national elections would more accurately reflect the national popular vote. History suggests that Republicans would then pay — dearly — for their years of minority rule. If Republicans hope for greater success than their historical counterparts, they would do well to heed the message that a party cannot maintain power forever, and embark on a more genuinely collaborative and bipartisan approach to government. Short of that, they risk much more than their political careers.
The Republicans were too quiet about beginning Biden’s transition
In the current political environment, cow-towing to Trump might only last so long. But that is only my prediction. Another perspective on the transition that caught my eye was writer Lauren Martinchek’s article The Real Reason Trump Began the Transition Process. Her point is that a small portion of Wall St. and “100 business leaders” called on Republicans and threatened to withdraw campaign donations unless they ascertained Biden’s transition. Boom. That was all it took. Not almost 80 million Americans voting and choosing their candidate. That’s pretty scary stuff.
Republicans can’t key into the base like Trump
We all wonder why so many people are following Trump blindly. So many of us have lost friends and can’t speak about politics with family lest it becomes a food fight at the dinner table. We struggle to understand the mind of a Trump follower. Until now. I found a great article written by Jeff Valdivia entitled, Finally, An Answer To Why So Many People Voted For Trump. In his article, he discusses a podcast by Sam Harris,
Trump’s saving grace could be that he never claims to be morally superior to anyone. How could he? He doesn’t pretend or aspire to be anything other than the writhing mass of malice and narcissism that he is. He couldn’t possibly judge anyone and his supporters know this. They watch him wear his flaws with a shamelessness the likes of which they’ve never seen.
But Valdivia hammers the point further about Trump’s shamelessness. Who do you want to binge with on a bucket of chicken? Who makes you comfortable letting it all hang out? Who lets you celebrate your flaws and pretends to love you?
Indeed, a nationally representative survey showed that the more media coverage about Trump’s eating habits people viewed, the more likely they were to have a positive perspective toward fast-food. If we consider that any president becomes a de facto role model for the country’s people, we can understand why this would be the case. We might also start to get an inkling of why Trump’s shamelessness is appealing to his supporters — his actions are telling them, you don’t need to feel ashamed.
The typical Republican “a la Mitch McConnell” is not making them feel that way. The Lindsay Graham-types are not doing that. No other Republican connects with the deplorables like Donald Trump. Deep, deep down — he is one too. Even though he despises them.
Pardon me
As Trump’s presidency wanes and we begin to focus on moving forward, it’s hard not to wonder what will become of the man considering pardoning himself, his family, and we think his lawyer. We don’t even know what he is allowed to do. But he will try for one final power grab for sure.
