Compassion is Underrated
A short poem about how to bring peace, harmony, and love back
“Love worketh no ill to his neighbor;…” (Romans 13:10).
Love Ministry
We must minister in love one to another
For love is of the Creator and no other
They who love must love like the Creator
Form a relationship with him sooner or later
If you know not the Creator, you know not agape love
All good things flow from the Heavens above.
Love with all your heart, your neighbor as yourself
Ministering with love to each other, and nothing else
Your ministry may be to teach, with love teach
Your ministry may be to preach, with love preach
As a pastor, your charge for others, lead like a dove
All working together for good, no strife, no shove.
If you want love, give love, you won’t thirst
You want people to love you, love them first
You want people to respect you, respect too
Compliment others, and compliment to you due
Agape love permits you to love the unlovable
To serve the unservable, forgive the unforgivable
Love the addict, alcoholic, liar and prostitute, alike
Pick that person up out of the pit, even from the dike
The broken and beaten, restore with a gentle touch
That wounded soul, kind words, means so much
Make the difference, with Agape love you give
Making the world a better placed to be and live.
