Bro-etic Interview With Kevin Buddaeus

7 questions asked and answered in poetry by two internet brothers

Kon’nichiwa, Hallo, and Hello; I present to you, Kevin the king; my internet bro. Mein Freund, Thanks for publishing my interview, it’s your turn to answer the 7, bring on your show.

Note: S represents Salam’s question and K is Kevin’s answer.

SSo you’re now an editor, a writer, and a king of your own kingdom does it always keep you entertained or you also get hit by boredom?

KI fear not, I have plenty to do In fact, I often feel like I’m out of time Having two families surely takes its toll Juggling two lives leaves me with none of mine

STell me about writing poetry was it always on your mind or the only thing you could ever think of was dining at an eatery?

KIt’s ironic you ask, for irony got me here Your poem still lingers, marking the start I always loved songs, with lyrics sincere But poetry? Nah, you put that flame in my heart

SSo far, which of your poem is the best of your work and please tell us only about that which is just like your first kiss!

KThat one’s a pickle, and not of the tasty kind If I had to pick favorites, I’m not sure what to reply Let’s go by emotions, one that truly delivers Then “Farewell” is my answer, though that kiss was bitter

SOne day you’re gonna be a big time poet but ad interim tell us about your writing goals is it to fix the old time memories through writing or ease the pain and fill the world’s holes?

KI don’t have goals, to me, the journey bestows I’d like to invoke strong feelings and thoughts Questions meet prose, pondering strokes Of literal genius, both dagger and rose

SApart from writing and editing and everything related to words what do you like to do which lets your soul be heard?

KI’ve always stayed a child at heart So when I’ve got time, I’d often embark On childish journeys, through games that is Virtual worlds, filled with childish bliss

STo earn some bucks and satisfy your soul what do you think is your life’s goal? Apart from being a writing cognisanti or a bard please tell us openly even if it’s too hard

Maybe one day, Medium will bridge that gap But nowadays I’m still swinging my lance I know that sounds dirty, but it’s a wordplay; just that There’s no place for “freelancer” in poetry at a glance

SAh, sadly, here is the last one, where would you want to retire listening to church bells, next to the deep, or at a luscious dell?

KOrdinary me, repeating many others I’d love to die peacefully, surrounded by loved ones No matter the place, nor the time to be frank Just knowing I lived, will be enough to say thanks Maybe I’ll add that I’m thankful already Having found true love’s kiss Conquered half the earth for this Not given up, when tough times challenged my steady But instead, I prevailed, traded my old life for this Now I’m a proud father to a child (not conceived with a kiss)

Dear readers, we hope we haven’t bored you to death but this was long due, and it puts both our minds at rest
