Self-Improvement | Meditation | Mindful Breathing
Breaths of Eternity
Breaths that have been ongoing since the dawn of time and will continue for eternity.

In the stillness of your room or the openness of nature, take a seat. Let your body relax and your mind quieten. Now, turn your attention to your breath. Feel the air as it enters your nostrils, courses through your throat, and fills your lungs. This is not just any air; it is the breath of the universe.
As you inhale, imagine drawing in the vitality of the cosmos — countless stars and planets. Let this energy permeate every cell of your body, filling you with light and warmth. With each inhalation, you are not just sustaining your physical body but connecting with the infinite, the eternal.
Now, as you exhale, release all your worries, tensions, and fears. They are carried away on your breath, dispersed into the universe to be transformed and renewed.
Doesn’t the act of exhaling mirrors the natural cycles of the cosmos — the setting of the sun, the waning of the moon, the falling of leaves?
It is the universe’s way of teaching us the art of letting go, of creating space for new beginnings.
Take a few more cycles of deep, mindful breathing. With each inhalation and exhalation, feel yourself synchronize with the rhythm of the universe.
Your breaths are tiny echoes of a much larger, cosmic breath — a breath that has been ongoing since the dawn of time and will continue for eternity.
You are not separate from the universe; you are a vital part of it.
You are in unison with the universe.
