Born With Fire

An etheree poem

She My girl My daughter Long-awaited Born with fire within Her; feisty, fiercely strong Fearless and courageous she Storms through life till she loses steam She curls up in my arms to be held A mother’s tender touch abates the storm.

Thank you to Melissa Coffey for the prompt invitation (below) to write an etheree poem; where each line grows in syllable count from 1–10.
