Of Greek Myths │ Prompt Times 14

Greek mythology writing prompts

I am an avid fan of Greek Mythology — I love its history, lore, and all the mystic-like stories about it. I've also read many different Greek Mythology retellings and poems. I'm always looking for someone who also enjoys it as well — thus, this week's prompts will be related to one of my favourite topics.

This week's prompts

Your favourite greek retelling book

I love a good retelling — one of my favourites is the infamous The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. If you have a favourite, share it! If you've never read a retelling, I implore you to read The Song of Achilles!

Your favourite Greek god/hero

There's a myriad of different characters in the Greek world and an even more confusing labyrinth of familial relations. But there's always one or two that stands out — who stands out to you?

Guidelines and last week's prompts

Three submissions will be selected for the weekly Coffee Times Newsletter, so if you want a chance to get featured, submit and tag me! To read last week's newsletter, you can find it here:

If you're going to submit to Prompt Times, make sure to respond to the prompts above and publish it under Coffee Times with the #Bookprompt tag!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
