Turn Back Time │ Prompt Times 13
The old enemy of life, time

Time — fleeting, quick-footed, hated. Another year means another birthday, another anniversary, another new sign of age and change in an ever-changing era. Don’t you just wish time doesn't pass so quickly, doesn't slip through your hands like quicksand? Don't worry, slow down — take a prompt or two, write down your feelings. Read a book, transverse through time itself, and be grateful that we even have time.
This week’s prompts
A book that you wish you can turn back time to read for the first time again
We all have that one book that after you finished, you know you wouldn't be able to emulate the same feeling ever again — both a feeling I love and hate. Do you have such a book? Share it!
Your favourite dystopian time travel book
I love a good dystopian novel — especially one with time travel! Do you have a book in mind? If you do, share it!
A book that has the theme of life and time
I love these two themes. Oftentimes, it is written realistically and able to make me resonate with it — a good book is one that can be related to most of the time. Do you know such a book? Share it!
Guidelines and last week’s prompts
Three submissions will be selected for the weekly Coffee Times Newsletter, so if you want a chance to get featured, submit and tag me! To read last week’s newsletter, you can find it here:
