blue-tinged years
a poem
Tiny specks of golden sand Seep through my hourglass Marking time, grain by grain. How do I measure life’s black clouds, Technicolour moments, Beach-warm adventures? Seconds hold a thousand feelings. Hours gained in smiles, laughter Grey-black fog enveloping days Yellow-edged, blue-tinged years A lifetime of sweet and salty memories. A glass of possibilities To drink, sip, savour.
