To get, you have to give.</li><li><b>Being joyful</b>: It's the joy in small things that make living such a beautiful experience. Once you do all the above, this will happen. For e.g. this morning it thrilled me to experience the fresh air that touched my skin. This may sound ‘normal’ to you but experiencing joy in small things is wonderful, it’s like seeping in the most of what life gives you.</li></ol><p id="d5ba" type="7">The universe gives you what you are.</p><p id="bfa2">But you’re human. You’ll have heartbreaks, see a terrible boss every day, have friends who betray you and just experience the lows of life. Does that take you off<i> the frequency</i>?</p><h1 id="ab37">What to do when things go down south?</h1><p id="2296">Since we all have this thing called life, it's normal to feel low and upset. It’s normal to flare up when you’re angry and say things you don’t mean when you’re in an unpleasant situation.</p><p id="6fc6">This is where awareness comes into practice. Let’s analyse three situations.</p><ol><li>Your coworker says something mean to you. Worse, they’re your senior and you can’t retaliate. What happens? Do you know people who are just so lucky? They walk through life getting what they wish for. Deep inside you wish you could have all that too, because who doesn’t want a life that gives them all they can ask for.

People talk about the law of attraction and later criticise it when it doesn’t work. But these manifestors, who walk through life manifesting their desires, stand by it and deepen their knowledge about it. They know that when things don’t work, something needs to be fixed.

But you may think they’re lucky, because then why isn’t everybody else getting what they desire?

Maybe because not everybody has created an energy that is at a frequency to receive.

What is the frequency to receive?

Here, frequency is the energy you surround yourself with. Every second you’re forming the energy you surround yourself with. Don’t believe me? Let me make you recognise one person who has depleted energies.

Picture a sad a whiny person.

What do they look like?

Are their eyes bright and large or piercing and narrow?

Do you picture them smiling or frowning?

Is their back straight, or are they slouching?
