Bath & Body Works — Mistakes & Bad Service

I am still waiting for someone to reach out to give me an explanation!

This was what I was instructed to do. I called the number and the Rep informed me after wanting to place my order that she isn’t allowed to transfer any calls to anyone. Then she asked me again if she could place my order. I scoured the internet and got this number 877–832–9272. I spoke to ‘Raider.’ I don’t think that was his real name. He said my problem is my bank's fault and I should call them.

I called my bank who informed me that they can’t do that. I shopped at Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s, Publix, and Dollar Tree, and had no problem. My bank said the order wasn’t completed. My bank said there was a fluke in their system.

I called Bath & Body Works back and spoke to ‘Adreal,’ who staggered as if he didn’t remember his name when I asked.

P.S. This might not be his real name either.

He checked their system and said he didn’t know why the order didn’t go through. He can’t find a reason why, but my order is there in their system.

More from Bath and Body.

Can you believe this? I am disappointed in their service and they will lose me as a customer. I think I will answer this survey. Bath & Body Works isn’t the only business whose employers are adding to their failure, forcing them to lose customers. Many are unaware that doing their best isn’t only helping to secure their job but also will improve their mood and attitude.

I guess a multi-million dollar company like them can afford to lose a NOBODY like me.

Thank you Bath & Body Works.
