No 5 of 💯/Fiction
If you’re just starting check out the other parts here.
When I opened my eyes my head ached and I was tied to a chair. I blinked a few times to try and clear my eyesight. I was tied to one of the kitchen chairs and I sat in the middle of the living room. My hands were tied with rope and I twisted them to try and get loose.
“Even if you get out of those ties you won’t get away easily.” I looked over and saw Sawyer walking into the room.
“Let me go Sawyer!” I tried wiggling my hands again.
“You broke into my house and you’re the one who is mad. I knew something was up that week when you turned off your phone and now I see what you were doing.” He held up the file I had found earlier in his office.
“You lied to me and I want to know why!” I could feel tears sting my eyes and I blinked them away.
“Your past is irrelevant and because you made this decision Dallas I now have to send you up North and that hurts me more than it will hurt you.”
“NOOOO!! You know what they’ll do to me. You can’t do that to me Sawyer, all I want to know is who I really am.”
“I can’t help you with that and now I have to destroy this folder.” For the first time during this interaction, I realized he had a fire going in the fireplace. He walked over to the fireplace and threw the folder in.
“NOOOO!!!” Tears streamed down my face and everything went black.
