We moved to Loyola Beach in Riviera, Texas on January 1 and are here until the end of the month when we will be moving a little further west to Big Bend National Park (which by the way also starts with B).
Beaches
I have photos of a lot of beaches we have visited since we moved into the RV. Our favorite beach so far was La Push Beach on the Olympic Peninsula in the state of Washington. But that beach is not located on Baffin Bay in Texas.
So here, I will have to choose the beach with no name at the end of the road. This is where we can go anytime day or night and sit and relax. We can walk in the sand and bask in the sun. This is where I found several unbroken Angel Wing shells. This is our favorite spot here on Baffin Bay.

Blooms
It is January and there are not a lot of blooms around here yet. We are about an hour-and-a-half north of the Mexican border. I have seen several things blooming further south, but if I am going to stick with Baffin Bay, I have only found two things blooming right here in our area.

The blooming Yucca plant down the road, which by the way is located at the Baffin Bay Convenience Store. I have to throw in a photo of something with Baffin Bay on it.

And the weed that was blooming on the beach. No, I have not taken the time to identify this particular weed, and I don’t plan to. If you know the name of this weed, please comment and let me know. All that matters is that it is blooming.

Which leads us to the bucks and bulls.
Bucks
I don’t know if you could actually say the buck I photographed is on Baffin Bay, but he was not far down the road. Does that count? I have seen several female does here in the area, but they might be in the D submission. Well, this is still a buck that I photographed so I am going to throw it in.

Bull
The bull is right outside our front door about 75 feet away. Kind of like the alligator was in Florida. The owners of the campground have a pasture of cattle right beside the small campground. I like this bull a lot. He looks after his family. If they are too far behind him, he will stop and wait for the cows and calves to catch up.

So there it is — my B photograph submission. If you liked it please clap and comment. Stay tuned for the letter C.
I feel like I have some catching up to do because the A to Z challenge started in November. If you are interested in doing this writing challenge you can read about it here…
