Ascension Guidance | Lessons of Oneness Will Take Center Stage in the Next Phase of Ascension

The coming 12 months will be a reflection of this… to wake up the collective to the knowledge that we are all One.

Your heart center is opening, expanding. The light within you is growing.

What a time to be alive and well, for humanity is entering its next stage of evolution. The light is being stoked in every soul.

Every soul on Earth has an inner light and many are now tapped into it and what it entails — some only beginning to come online, while others have been tapped in for a while and have graduated to a status of wayshower, change maker, healer, etc. to help usher in this next step in evolution.

You are at the heart of it now.

By this, we mean humanity has reached the point where the heart center is about to be blown wide open.

The coming 12 months will be a reflection of this.

This will look different in different areas of society, but the end goal is the same: to wake up the collective to the knowledge that we are all One.

Oneness is a revelation, an important one for the ascension process. It is what will bring humanity together and help those hesitant to ascend to make their final decision.

What is being asked of you now is to look beyond your current relationships. Look to your neighbors, look at the people walking on the street, look at the homeless people, look at those different from you, and, especially, look at the people you do not like.

See them. Really look at them and say “They are me and I am them.”

“They are me and I am them.”

Sit with that thought as you observe them.

Feel your energy in the moment. Feel how all of a sudden these strangers take on more meaning to you. They start to feel familiar. They start to feel like family.

And for those you don’t like, look at them or think of them, and repeat in your mind “they are me and I am them.” Since there is more trauma in these types of connections, allow yourself to feel your feelings of reluctant resistance, but keep practicing until the resistance has lifted. The goal is to lift this dense energy out of your energetic body, mind and spirit and move towards forgiveness then compassion which will ultimately lead to universal love.

Practice this daily.

Observe how you feel with those around you, these strangers, these people you do not like…your community.

This is important because you will eventually lift this disconnection that will allow more love to come in and connect with Oneness in your humanity.

By beginning this practice, you will see how your perspective and outlook will change when it comes to strangers and humanity. You will feel your compassion grow and expand.

Even if you are the only one doing this practice, with the expansion of your light, you will trigger and inspire them to this practice along the way. And that is the best outcome. To hold strong in your love, light, and goal for Oneness.

“Live by example, and you will lead by example.”

…this is what we always say. Do not underestimate what it means to hold your light. You will trigger a revolution in those around you.

The next 12 months will bring lessons of Oneness to the forefront of the next phase of Ascension.

With this message, we offer a simple practice to help you along your path — if you are called to spread and help universal love come online for humanity.

For now, it may just be you practicing this in your particular community, but that spark is all that is needed to light the flame of universal love.

On your drive, in a cafe, in a park, in your meditations…

People watch. Observe strangers, take them in.

Say out loud, “they are me and I am them.”

Also practice this mantra, when you think of someone you don’t like or someone that has wronged you.
