Ascension is not merely a jump from 3D to 5D, there is a journey through the 4D energies that must be acknowledged.

This is the time of expansion.

Expansion is not easy.

In order to expand, One must make space and identify areas that need to grow.

As a collective, all on Earth collectively agree, both consciously and unconsciously, that the heart of humanity must expand at this time.

Like physical growing pains, there will be uncomfortable aches that might be enough for the individual to resist, but if the individual persevered then the outcome would be for the better and for personal growth.

Sometimes painful, but necessary for evolution.

Earth finds itself at the precipice of great change and major growing pains.

Ascension is often described by its end result, but not by its journey.

This message is to clarify that the journey is not to be overlooked.

The journey is the evolution.

The journey through the Heart Space is necessary because if Earth were to jump from 3D energy, Solar Plexus (Self) energy, to 5D energy, Throat (Truth) Chakra energy, there would be no oneness and connection between life forms and no connection within the Self — Mind, Body and Soul.

There would be no bridge of understanding between the physical realm and the spiritual realm.

This Ascension process is a journey through the Heart Space.

The Heart Chakra bridges the lower physical Chakras with the higher spiritual Chakras. The goal is to level up and upgrade your understanding of the true meaning of love, the higher definition of love.

This journey will not be easy.

There is a lot of density clogged in the heart space. This density is ego. It is power dynamics. It is manipulation.

The Heart Space as it is now is not pure.

And this is exactly why Ascension will not be an easy journey.

The density in the Heart Space is familiar to humanity.

Familiarity is misconstrued as safety which is why many will find their Ascension path quite difficult.

For clearing one’s own heart space will take time.

Density in the Heart Space is like driving through thick fog — you must go slow, take your time, and tread carefully.

Once the density is cleared from your Heart Space, the fog will lift and you will be able to move freely and with confidence.

We share this perspective of Ascension with you now because collectively the earth is still wading in thick fog.

With the events of the last couple years and the new developments happening now, all will be triggered in one way or another to remove this fog, this density.

All are waking up to their power to choose to wade through the fog or to find their internal light to burn it away.

This is a time where many will become sovereign.

Where many will connect to their personal power and Higher Self to choose for themselves what kind of world they will live in.

When you discover your sovereignty, you will truly have the ability to match your internal state to match your external state.

But first you must clear your Heart Space of low vibrational energy, of anger, of hate, of bitterness, of unforgiveness, and most of all, of fear.

Fear of standing in your own light.

The climate of Earth will continue to offer opportunities to humanity to get into alignment and gain awareness of their sovereignty.

Choose for yourself how you react to the chaotic world around you.
