What makes people self-motivated?

To be successful, you need to have strong motivation. Motivation does not come from getting from point A to point B. We need a reason to do something.

Motivation must have some element of ‘will power’. You must also be able to handle pain. What exactly motivates you?

Lack of energy or self-motivation?

It’s a question that many are struggling with. There are a few of us who are disciplined in our quest for personal growth.

We use modalities such as subliminal, hypnosis or self-talk to increase our motivation.

Some people are not self-motivated, they go from week to week without any goals.

They are stuck in their 9–5 grind — eating junk food & watching things that actually numb their minds.

Why is Watching TV or Eating Junk Food — the “go to habit” for so many people ?

Junk food or processed food stimulates the reward system in the brain. This makes us feel better.

This is similar to many other addictive drugs, such as cocaine, heroin, alcohol or even cigarettes.

People may be aware they are addicted to processed foods.

They feel powerless to stop, like junkies looking for their next “fix”. It is a vicious cycle.

Chemicals, sugar and ingredients in junk food keep you craving to eat more and lower your resistance to stop.

What is the best way to make a decision?

Many of us spend a lot of time making decisions. Our lists are often too long and detailed. Your experience can help you get a feeling or an intuition to make the right decision.
