Are you Allergic to Money?
This simple wacky exercise will cure you & bring more money to your life
Does thinking about money make you feel uncomfortable?
If it does, that feeling is called resistance.
Resistance to money comes from many things, maybe:
- You hate your job and feel stuck because you don’t know how to improve.
- You grew up rich and feel guilty that others are poorer than you so you hated money ( like me).
- You worked hard and still struggle to pay the bills living paycheck to paycheck.
- You lost money in the stock market.
- You have past financial trauma from 5 minutes ago to childhood.
- Your Mom and Dad argued about money that resulted in a divorce.
- Someone stole your bicycle, I don’t know.
The point is, it doesn’t matter why you are allergic to money. If you struggle with financial gain, your attitude towards money is fucked up in some way.
No matter what you do, even if you win a trillion dollars tomorrow, you’ll find a way to sabotage it and lose it.
As ridiculous as this sounds, your mind thinks you don’t want money because the thought of it causes you to worry and stress in some way. Our minds and bodies are built to avoid pain.
That pain is the resistance to money. Rich people don’t have that problem. Not to say the rich don’t worry about money but the way they do it differently. The reason rich people have money is, that even when there is some anxiety about it, they are more neutral, expectant and happy about their money situation.
Poor people tend to dwell on lack of money in various ways more than the feeling of expectancy. Poor people are not happy about their money situation or maybe they are without realizing it. Maybe some people don’t feel they deserve financial abundance.
There are so many stories of people that win the lottery and go right back down to where they financially started. Google it and see for yourself.
How to fix it
Wanting more money is not the problem. It’s associating money with negative stressful issues that is the problem.
What you need to do is to hold on to the desire for more money while removing the stress.

I won’t be surprised if you think the following exercise I'm about to share with you makes you feel crazy or feel silly. If so, do this privately because it’s worth a shot.
The trick is to feel the way happy wealthy people feel about their money.
Do this exercise to clear resistance, gage if you are allergic to money & bring more of it to your life:
- Take the highest bill that you have ($1,$5,$10,$20, $50,$100) and put it on the table and look at it.
2. Then say “money, money, money, money” 20 to 40 times or more. If you do notice stressful thoughts around money acknowledge it as if you would a bird singing outside your window.
3. Start to scan your body and notice how you feel. See if you feel any contractions or discomfort in your body.
4. Breath in focus on money and then breath out focusing on the area of your body you feel discomfort. Do that for 5minutes or more until the energy of money is less uncomfortable.
When to start and when to stop this exercise
Do this (out-of-the-box) exercise daily and stop doing it when you start feeling neutral or joyful and free with it like the healthy rich. This exercise requires you to use your imagination. See this as a game and connect with your inner child.
The best way to release pain and suffering towards money is to feel neutral or positive about money just like the rich.
If you still are broke or there is no change after you do the exercise, that’s ok. Let go of knowing how your money situation is going to change or when it’s coming, that is not your concern right now.
The point is to notice your resistance and feel better.
When you feel better about money, your circumstance will soon change.
Be patient as you would if the check was in the mail…it’s coming.
Start to expect it!
