Amazing Article Call-to-Action Secrets: How to Tell a Profitable FIB
No, not that kind…
In our last episode, you discovered the secrets of article repurposing. You can still catch that mercifully brief article training here.
Today you’re going to discover a powerful little-known secret about how to create a powerful and profitable call-to-action in your articles.
How to Tell a Profitable FIB
No, I’m not trying to teach you how to tell I lie. I do want you to know how to tell a FIB.
What’s the difference?
Well FIB stands for
Flow
Invite
Brand
Let’s break down these 3 powerful steps:
Flow: You want your CTA (Call-to-Action) to flow directly from your articles. You don’t want to give your reader “CTA Constipation.”
You can do this at any part of your content. You can do it anywhere in your content (as I did above, by simply linking the word “article”) or the more traditional way at the end of your articles, as you’ll see below. Or both.
Bottom Line?: Your Call-to-Action needs to feel like just another part of your article.
Invite: Forget the “pound-you-over-the-head-get-this-before-they-are-gone-or-you-will-die” pressure tactics.
Instead, make invitations. Invite people to take their next success steps. Your readers, followers, etc. want to take their next success steps. Your job is to help them do it.
Brand: Then and only then, do you talk about you. And only to remind your reader from where this good stuff comes.
