That being said I’ve come here to talk about how reading improved my income more than writing does. I’ve been posting every Tuesday and Saturday. I often post when something pops into my head (like this). However, that is my schedule.
Every day I read all of the stories in my email. My reading buddies' stories are the first ones I read because I know they will return the support.
Amazingly, Reciprocal a new pub requires you to read each other's posts and tag 3 other writers' articles at the bottom.
I think it’s amazing a pub is specifically about writers supporting each other.
I’ve made .50 cents a day so far this month. and I’ve posted maybe 4 times. It is Feb 9th the day I’m writing this.
Writing won’t gain you an income if no one is reading it. While it is nice to have a reader base, having reading buddies ensures at least one person will read your articles.
Reading other writers' work and building community has absolutely changed my medium game.
