Ain’t Your Boyfriend Angry Because You Will Study Abroad?
The question is: Should my boyfriend get mad at me for achieving a dream?

What does your boyfriend thinks that you are studying abroad in France? Isn’t he mad?
WHAAAAAAAAAAAT?- Is my boyfriend supposed to get mad when I am achieving a big goal in my life?
Yes. I received this question from a person in my family, a man. Of course, it had to be.
I answered with the truth:
Well, my boyfriend says he will miss me but he is proud and happy for me for having this opportunity. We know it’s going to be tough but we’ll figure out how to make our long-distance relationship work.
I didn’t know what to think about the man who asked if my boyfriend wouldn’t get mad at me for boarding that plane and accomplish one of my dreams: studying abroad in France.
Would this man get mad at her girlfriend if she did the same thing?
This is a real story that happened to me. Let me know your thoughts, what would you answer to this man who made this question out of place.
