The Spiritual Side Of Alcohol
Are you on your spiritual journey, but alcohol is still a part of your life?
There is something that you have to consider.
We all know that alcohol is not a healthy option for the human system, especially when it is not used as a medicine but as a regular drinking habit. We know alcohol makes us a little bit less intelligent every time we consume it, as it can literally destroy brain cells; doctors call this effect neurotoxicity. Especially the ability to learn new skills and remember things suffers from regular alcohol consumption.
I am not talking about full-on alcoholics. I am talking about the regular person who has a 9–5 job and likes to drink on the weekends and maybe sometimes during the week if there is an opportunity. You don’t have to be an alcoholic to reach the point that alcohol destroys your life, very subtly, very gradually. But it’s happening. Your life feels out of your own control. You have the feeling that there is nothing you can do to substantially improve your life. You feel stuck. Life feels heavy, hard, and unfair.
If you started your psychedelic journey and you experienced Ayahuasca or something similar (Iboga, Sant Pedro, etc.), you know what plant teachers are. This entity that guided you on your journey. They are often very subtle but sometimes they show themselves in a shape to you.
Shamans call the spirit living in Ayahuasca “Mother Ayahuasca”, when it comes to Iboga they talk of “Father Iboga” and so on.
Alcohol is not so different but it is part of the lower frequency spectrum. It also has an entity living in it but it is not so much healing, quite the opposite. When you believe in the concepts of hell and heaven, alcohol would be part of the very hot and heated environment of hell, while most natural psychedelics (maybe besides Salvia Divinorum which seems more in the neutral level) are part of the very light, bright higher dimensional, heaven like reality.
Alcohol takes away from your most important asset — your prana, your life essence. In alcohol lives a certain spirit or entity that can have a tremendous impact on you, making you do things that you would otherwise never do. It is so strong that when you drink too much, you can reach a point where you literally black out. This is the point where this alcoholic spirit takes over completely. On the next morning, you wake up with feelings of shame, anxiety, and guilt (super low vibrations causing more suffering).
Alcohol doesn’t only give you an energetic massive hit, but it also makes your body suffer. As you get older, you might need around three full days to recover from a hangover.
In ancient forgotten alchemy books, it was described how alcohol is used to extract the soul essence of an entity. That is why it is used to extract the essence of healing plant medicines and herbs too. Essential oils can be alcohol-based, as well as many other potent medicines and tinctures. It is not all bad, you just need to know how to use it.
When we drink, alcohol takes away from our soul essence, our life force, and our prana. Prana is all that we have and are.
If we are parasite-infested (like most of us in Western society because of the Western diet), alcohol will make these little energy-parasite vampires very, very happy. Parasites thrive on alcohol.
I used to drink quite regularly when I worked for a radio station. I had events to attend and did a lot of network marketing; alcohol was always a big part of it. Now, after not having touched alcohol since the end of 2017, I can see clearly how this socially accepted and even desired regular drinking habit has affected my life very negatively on so many levels.
I always felt that plant medicine and alcohol don’t belong together. You can choose one or the other but never combine these substances.
Without alcohol in your life, you can take back control of your life, recover your life force, and get stronger than ever before. Anything is possible.
The sky is the limit.
