Do You Ever Think How Crazy Your Heart Is?

“The invariable mark of wisdom is to see the miraculous in the common. What is a day?” Ralph Waldo Emerson

I’m grateful my heart is still beating.

I didn’t have a reason to fear, but thinking about my heart made me appreciate it.

It’s always beating, morning noon and night.

I don’t think about it and can’t control it, and I don’t have to.

Exercise is how I thank my heart, and reverse the abuses I bring upon it.

Without our hearts we die, an electrical pulse keeps it going.

Where does the electricity come from, what is it?

The life force that creates all things created you and me.

Every person, plant, and animal comes from the same source so must be of the same source.

The force that runs through us all is life, God, or spirit, whatever you call it, it’s the same force that created everything else.

If we all come from the same place and are all made of the same force it’s obvious we depend on each other.

The farther we get away from this balance the faster we fall.

The spark inside you is the same as me, it’s in everything even a tree.
