A Ribbon of Words

Prompt #9 keyboard city

Taunted by the indifference of time, emotions of the past return to recall each person has a story.

Thoughts pull me to the keys where I struggle to find adequate words.

Creating the whole out of pieces I collect from the musings in the caverns of my mind,

I quietly rearrange the fragments of my life with a ribbon of words.

NaPoWriMo is coming to a close and I’ve really enjoyed writing to these prompts. Only a few days left. Hope we’ll still be together.
