A Poem With All That Can Empower You

By chance do you have a group of words that you tend to use to serve as motivation when you are down? I bet that you do! Getting the energy you need throughout your journey is extremely important.

For some, it can be easy and for others, it is quite the opposite. That is why it’s vital to have these types of analyses and dynamics so your day-to-day can improve.

But you know what, it’s normal. We just need to be conscious of how we are and reflect on what can empower us to go above and beyond. It could be in your professional life but also in your personal life. Everything is important to have a perfect balance.

For example, to be brutally honest, I have some days that I feel really down as I reflect on what other things I could be doing but hey…then I “push” myself to see the world from an optimistic point of view to think about all the extremely great things I currently have and do. I then think that I can still work around everything and achieve lots of things if I work for it.

Another main word for me would be nurtured. I believe that as one of the biggest sisters and having close family members that are young, I have a certain humungous responsibility to be a positive figure in their lives. This has been a new recent word for me that can truly empower me to give my best at all times. I am still learning to do so but it’s really important.

That would be my case… but what about you?

This would be a challenge-type prompt with a little twist. It would be to create your own acrostic poem with the words that empower you… by using the letters of your name!

Are there certain aspects that you would like to improve? Words that have motivated you to be a better person to yourself and others? What do you like to do to feel empowered? Who empowers you?

Are you up for the challenge?
