The Energy Of Dance Brings Joy To Life
Dancing Elephants Press Prompt 15 of 52
Dancing energizes you and lifts your mood. It brings new energy. You listen to the beats of the music and your feet begin to tap. Dancing is an inspiration to change your mood.
The feet are rhythmic and the expressions are joyous.
You may actually dance or take a jig or simply feel the beat in your mind and you begin dancing.
Dancing is not only a physical exercise but it brings peace and happiness to the soul.
When I listen to the beats of music I get mesmerized and my feet automatically feel energetic.
You have a feeling of joy. It is outwards and inwards. A sense of peace begins to surround me.
All programs include a little dance.
Dance can be defined as an art. It is a performing art form. Most dances have sequences that they connect with a combination of aesthetic movements in a rhythmic sequence.
Dancing has a symbolic value. It can be a slow dance, a fast dance, a formal dance, or an art form. It can be a dance of a particular region or it can be a group dance. Sometimes it is a folk dance.
These forms are all representations of sensations, moods, and emotions.
“Dancing is an elegant, and regular movement, harmoniously composed of beautiful Attitudes, and contrasted graceful Posture of the Body, and parts thereof.” -John Weaver
The Britannica has explained dance as “One of the most basic motives of dance is the expression and communication of emotion. People — and even certain animals — often dance as a way of releasing powerful feelings, such as sudden accesses of high spirits, joy, impatience, or anger. These motive forces can be seen not only in the spontaneous skipping, stamping, and jumping movements often performed in moments of intense emotion.”
Dancing today has social and entertainment value in the world. It has also become a kind of universal language of connection that can communicate emotions verbally or non-verbally.
It can certainly twist your emotions from sadness to joy. It shifts from a feeling of melancholy to a feeling of happiness.
