Summary

The web content discusses the concept of human energy vibrations, their impact on our interactions, and the influence of emotions on DNA, emphasizing the importance of positive energy for personal and interpersonal well-being.

Abstract

The article delves into the significance of self-awareness regarding the energy vibrations we emit and their effects on our surroundings. It suggests that our emotional states, such as despondence or joy, can alter our vibrational frequency, which in turn can be sensed by others as "vibes." The text references scientific experiments, including those by the US Military and HeartMath Institute, which demonstrate the instantaneous emotional connection to our DNA from a distance. It posits that by consciously eliciting feelings of love and compassion, we can positively affect our DNA and the collective energy of those around us. The author advocates for the power of the heart's electromagnetic field and encourages readers to cultivate positive vibrations to uplift themselves and others.

Opinions

  • The author believes that our emotional state can be communicated non-verbally through energy vibrations.
  • There is an opinion that music, colors, and other sensory stimuli can help raise our energy vibrations.
  • The author suggests that the heart's electromagnetic field has a significant impact on our interactions with others.
  • The article conveys the idea that we can intentionally change our DNA function by controlling our emotions.
  • It is implied that individuals can be drained by negative energy and rejuvenated by positive energy.
  • The author expresses a personal commitment to managing their emotional state to maintain a positive environment for themselves and others.

Why I prefer to send out good vibrations

Have you ever experienced walking into a room full of people or meeting someone and you pick up a bad vibe? A gut feeling that makes you uncomfortable, wary, wanting to leave.

On the other hand, I can meet a person and be totally at ease.

I’m uncertain whether my vibes speak louder than my words. I admit I experience days of despondence or irritability and prefer to be alone. That’s when I warn my hubby of my emotional state. My man’s a sensitive being still carrying baggage from his past and may conclude something he said or did has upset me. I prefer he knows up front he’s not the guilty party.

We’ve been together so long, I can detect his mood with ease. I’ll comment on it; offer him positive reinforcement when brighter and gentle nudging when dejected.

Everything in the Universe, including us, comprises energy vibrating at different frequencies

At the quantum level, there’s no such thing as solid matter — the deeper we go, the more we know this to be true.

In our physical state, the only oscillations we detect are sound and light waves.

  • When despondent we generate a lower frequency but can raise our vibrations by listening to music, chanting, chimes — any tone that resonates and raises our energy.
  • Colors affect our mood too. Those are the only frequencies our eyes are able to see — unlike gamma or x-rays. How thrilling to behold a rainbow, wear bright clothing or decorate your home with tranquil greens or blues to soothe your soul.

Aural and visual aids to raise our joy!

(Our brain waves change frequency according to our state of mind. I’ve included a link at the end if you want to know more.)

What is the role of our DNA?

In his book, The Divine Matrix, Gregg Braden shares these tests conducted in the last century that changed how we look at our world.

US Military experiment designed by Dr Cleve Backster

“In a 1993 study reported in the journal Advances, the Army performed experiments to determine precisely whether the emotion/DNA connection continues following a separation, and if so, at what distances?” — The Divine Matrix

The research team place the volunteer’s DNA swab in a device then took it to another room several hundred feet away in the same building.

They showed the volunteer a series of video images to stimulate a wide range of genuine emotion and measured the DNA electrically to see if it responded to his reactions. Peaks and valleys transpired at precisely the same time — no buffering — instantaneous!

The Army stopped the study, but Dr Cleve Backster and his team continued with their investigations at greater distances, the furthest being 350 miles. For pinpoint accuracy, they used an atomic clock in Colorado for measuring.

This proves vibrational energy travels further than we imagined and the reaction is instantaneous!

DNA Experiment by HeartMath Institute

Trained volunteers expressed clear emotions such as love, joy, anger and hate, and the response of their DNA was measured.

With love or compassion, the DNA strands were relaxed. (Stimulates our immune system!)

At the opposite end of the scale — rage, hatred, jealousy — the strands tightened into a knot and sometimes shut off altogether.

We hold the power to change the way our DNA functions by eliciting specific feelings and emotions inside our bodies. An internal technology within our control!

Heart brain

Dr. J Andrew Armour, pioneer neuro-cardiologist introduced this term in 1991, the year the HeartMath Institute was established.

They discovered our hearts have a complex and intrinsic nervous system independent of the muscle upstairs in our heads. This region generates our strongest electromagnetic field that stretches three feet beyond our bodies.

“Our heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of the body’s organs. The heart’s electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain. This field, measured in the form of an electrocardiogram (ECG), can be detected anywhere on the surface of the body. Furthermore, the magnetic field produced by the heart is over 100 times stronger than the field generated by the brain.” HeartMath Institute.

Others pick up the signals we send without our saying a word.

What’s the verdict?

We are energetic beings.

Several people are more sensitive to the energy others are broadcasting. Not a problem if positive, but draining if otherwise. I don’t consider myself an empath, but exhaustion overwhelms me after being in the company of negative people.

Because of that, I am more aware of what I’m projecting.

If angry, I’ll either flip the switch or if I can’t will engage in alone time, writing or meditating. When operating from my heart center, I love sharing that spirit with others!

Although we are a speck in the Universe, our inner energy impacts those who inhabit our precious planet.

If we raise our vibrations to a higher frequency, we lift others up too.
