A Bat Out Of Hell

A never ending story

In response to “Like a bat out of hell” a never ending story prompt from Timothy Key I decided to write about the bat from Domion. Prior to the start of Covid 19 a group of us would get together and play Dominion, every Saturday. I miss the camaraderie. I am going to randomly select a card from Dominion to be used as a writing prompt as part of the never ending story game. Not quite the same but maybe we can have some fun. You don’t need to be familiar with Dominion although that is where my thoughts led for this card. Just let the image lead you wherever it will. Tag a few friends and challenge them to write about something.

As with most cards in Dominion the value of a card is dependant upon what other cards are available. The bat can be very useful if you have a deck full of curses or other cards that you need to trash. However in some kingdoms. You could find that you have no cards that you want to trash and the bat would be a dead card almost as bad as curse and might be considered a bat out of hell.

Here is my challenge I have selected 10 of my friends to write about:

Martin Rushton Terry Mansfield Alex Kilcannon Alexander M. Combstrong D. E. Fulford, MA, MLS Jenny Justice, Dr John Rose I. M. Dust Christina M. Ward Arjan Tupan
