8 Predictions By Time Travellers Which Can Squeeze The Life Out Of You.
If you thought the Covid 19 pandemic was bad, these self-proclaimed time travelers have some grave news for you
An Alternate Universe
These days, multiverses are all the buzz, whether it be the new marvel movie, Dr. Strange Multiverse of Madness, the independent film Everything Everywhere All at Once or the popular Netflix show, Stranger Things, all anyone can think of are alternate universes. But is there any truth to these claims?
Well according to a bunch of time travelers, in 2022 a group of teenagers will accidentally open a portal into an alternate dimension using the egg of a T-Rex. Now while this does sound like a fusion of the plot of Jurassic Park and Stranger Things, sources claim that this portal will allow us to enter a universe quite different but parallel to our own. How and where it will happen is still a mystery.
The Lost City of Atlantis
Supposedly located in the Atlantic Ocean, Atlantis is a fictional island that was first described by Plato about 2400 years ago. The nation was said to be an imperial superpower and was rich with thousands of chariots and an immense number of bulls and elephants.
According to time travelers, in February of 2022, this island was to be discovered by humans. If the claim holds, then the government may be safeguarding one of the richest ruins in human history. Furthermore, it was said that within these ruins, a hybrid of humans and fish would be discovered, supposedly like a sea nymph or mermaid.
Queen Elizabeth II
It was predicted quite gravely by some time travelers, that the now 96-year-old Queen Elizabeth the II will pass away this year. However unofficial these claims may be, I am sure we all pray for the continuing health and prosperity of the Queen.
Deadly Tornado
It is also predicted that in the year 2022, the US will experience an unprecedented natural disaster in the form of a deadly tornado. While the region is quite familiar with these storms, it is said due to worsening climate conditions around the world, this tornado, named Mammoth 8r, will be unlike those seen before and will cause mass destruction.
The accuracy of these claims while fishy, cannot be completely dismissed as scientists have said that due to global warming, the Earth is to experience several natural disasters in the upcoming years.
The screams of the Arctic Ocean
Another bizarre claim says that in the October of 2023, a chosen group of scientists will be dispatched to investigate an unusual hole in the arctic ocean. During their investigation, the scientists will observe a loud and terrifying sound and will record this.
The recording however will be secured by the government and will be kept secret for fear of mass hysteria. The origin of the hole or its reason for creation will remain unknown.
Levitating Pyramids
A lot of people firmly believe that the pyramids were built by aliens, but time travelers have taken this claim a bit further. It is said on June 6th, 2026, the pyramids will light up, with their beams aimed at the moon. Shortly after, the pyramids will levitate and start moving towards the moon. Earth will be in complete darkness for 3 days and people will be told to stay inside and guard their doors.
Now as insane as these claims are, they leave a window for questioning. If the pyramids are in Egypt, then why must everyone bother with their levitation? Also why the Moon, we all know the moon’s gravity has a pull on sea waves, does this pull extend to the pyramids as well? Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
Fatal Flood
Natural disasters are a favorite amongst time travelers. According to one, in the next 30 years, a huge flood will devastate the Earth causing the death of almost 100 million people. This claim is somewhat backed by scientists who for years have warned that the rising sea levels might lay to destroy land by immense flooding.
Gigantic Sea Creature
On September 17, 2022, a massive sea creature bigger than the Megalodon is said to be discovered. The Megalodon is a species of shark that lived approximately 23 to 3.6 million years ago and is now extinct. The sea creature that will be discovered is said to be bigger than the 59 ft long 66,000 to 143,000 pounds heavy shark. This claim may be completely bogus, but the truth is we have much of the sea left to discover, and there may be creatures lurking down there that are unknown to us.
How true these claims are, only time can tell, but if the pandemic has taught me anything is to never let my skepticism get the best of me.
