Medium is one of the best sites to publish your article. Making Money on Medium is easiest if you know and understand the process. The Process is the fun part. How you can make money on Medium? There is a different answer to this same question. You can make money on this platform and monetize your stories or stories that will make money for you.

1. Make Money on Medium Through Partner Program:

I have seen people who often asked the question as “Can I have to be a medium member to be eligible for the Partner Program?” The answer to this question is “No” you don’t need to be a Medium membership to be a part of the Medium Partner program. So, the most powerful way to make money on Medium is to submit your stories to different publications. Medium loves Publication and when I said “Love” that means, Medium algorithm loves publication. Some stories that are ranked high in search engine is also attracting views from Medium members which in turn make you more money.

Your blog is your business. You can monetize it in different ways but what if you have no traffic? Traffic is one of the most essential parts of making money on the Internet. If you want to monetize your stories you have to bring more traffic to your site.

Edit part: Actually you can make money indirectly but always keep this in mind to not include any blog links or any material if you are in Medium Partner Program. Medium has different rules for writers who publish under the Medium Partner Program and those who didn’t. Don’t just write on this great platform to get suspended later or to spam here but instead write to share information with the world, to show yourself a subject matter expert.

3. Affiliate Marketing

If you are writing about books or product reviews on Medium.com, then you can add your Amazon Affiliate link in the story and make money when someone buys that product through your link. Even if someone doesn’t buy the same product but visit Amazon through your link and buy another Product, Amazon still going to give you the commission of the product the visitor buy from Amazon. There is a great number of people who are not showing you the amount of money they are making from the Amazon affiliate programs through their medium stories.

Affiliate marketing does allow on Medium. But, please don’t ever add CPA Links on your Medium stories because this is against there policy.

Edit part: You can make money through Affiliate marketing on Medium but you have to keep one thing in mind and that’s to add a disclosure somewhere in your post containing the affiliate link.
