5 Ways to Beat Pandemic Blues!

Easy and powerful tips

Not going to go into a long saga about the pandemic.

It is as it is.

What is important is how we respond to everything that goes on in our lives.

After the pandemic there will be something else again, so just as well we learn what we need to learn.

I believe this virus will mutate out by end of this year.

Here are 5 simple, yet powerful ways to help you combat pandemic blues:

1. Don’t wish for things to go back to the way they were

I don’t know how many conversations I hear about “how things used to be” and, when will it go back to how it used to be?” and so on.

Forget how it used to be.

Have you considered that how it used to be is probably the reason why we manifested this pandemic in the first place [as a collective that is]?

Humans have been pretty unconscious throughout the centuries.

WE have been destroying our ‘garden’.

WE are called to get back to harmony and if we stay in this past mindset, holding onto it as if our identities depend on it, it won’t do us or anyone else any good.

2. Become excited about a new world

I recently wrote about following our highest excitement.

Excitement holds a lot of power.

Generate the feeling of excitement rather than doom and gloom when it comes to pandemic matters.

3. Think about a fresh start, use it to reset yourself

How many times have we wished for a reset, a fresh start?

Now is a perfect time.

I don’t know about you, but I took the time during the pandemic to evaluate my relationships, my wants, my preferences in life, and my business.

Funnily enough, the one thing I did not evaluate is my health as it has never been an issue for me, also why I am not particularly fearful of the virus.

4. Use distancing to strengthen your aura

What have you been focusing on during social distancing? The injustice or the opportunity to be alone, and strengthen your aura?

Every coin has two sides.

Which one do you choose?

Our aura is the energy field that surrounds us and you can strengthen this in many ways e.g. through regular meditation, prayer, energy or sound healing, DNA Upgrades, and surrounding yourself with nature.

What happens when we are surrounded by people all the time is that we do not realize how our energy is affected.

Some people suck the living daylight out of you. Sometimes after being on public transport or in public places you feel very drained right?

Maybe even angry or highly irritated.

If your aura is not strong, then of course the energy of others will affect you more so.

Enjoy the distance, don’t see it as a negative.

It won’t last forever.

5. Clear all clutter

Detox your home, body, mind, and relationships.

Let go of what no longer serves you.

Firstly with all the stress and changes, detoxing one’s body is paramount.

Check out this story by Dr Mehmet Yildiz to encourage you to do some fasting.

I have been fasting all through the pandemic even though it seemed to be more challenging than when I did it before.

I really have to motivate myself or call in the help of my accountability partners, yet I won’t completely let myself go when it comes to fasting.

It gives me clarity of mind along with many other benefits.

Get rid of all the stuff you don’t need. We have way too much stuff.

I used to change travel destinations every two months and I have a built-in mechanism to frequently go through my things to see if I still need them or prefer them in my life.

When it comes to the people in my life, it was not difficult to see who is truly your friend during this pandemic.

At the same time, I learned that we need to be very compassionate and understand that each person is going through their journey of growth, with their fears and beliefs and it is ok.

Love and compassion always win.
